Electronic proof of identity: deactivate for the first time

When collecting the ID card, the citizen declares in writing to the ID card authority whether the use of electronic proof of identity is desired. The identity card authority will then switch off the electronic proof of identity function.

This decision can be changed at any time during the period of validity of the ID card by written declaration to the ID card authority.
