Electronic proof of identity: granting access to readable data for providers on the Internet or vending machines

The following data can be released to providers on the Internet or at vending machines by entering the PIN as part of the online ID function:

1. surname
2. first names
3. doctorate
4. date of birth
5. place of birth
6. address
7. type of document
8. service and card-specific identifier
9. abbreviation "D" for Federal Republic of Germany
10. indication of whether the person is above or below a certain age
11. indication of whether a place of residence corresponds to the place of residence queried
12. religious name, artist's name.

This data is not transmitted completely, automatically or with every application. The citizen decides whether and which data is released and transmitted. Only the information on validity and whether the ID card is blocked is transmitted in every case.
