When using the electronic signature, the signature function must be blocked separately if the ID card is stolen or lost. This blocking is carried out directly by the provider from whom the signature certificate was purchased.

Prerequisites
- German within the meaning of Article 116 (1) of the Basic Law (GG)
- Registered in the municipality with main residence
Costs (fees, expenses, etc.)
The costs for revoking an electronic signature certificate are subject to the pricing of the respective provider.
