Parking: Apply for an exemption as a tradesperson or freelancer

Vehicles belonging to a business or a self-employed person may be issued with a parking permit by the relevant authority.

This entitles you, for example, to free parking

• in the restricted no-stopping zone,
• in residents’ parking zones or
• in paid parking zones, i.e. car parks with parking meters or ticket machines.

The exemption is usually time-limited and applies only to specific individual activities carried out by the business or the self-employed person.
