Parking: Apply for a special permit for people with no hands at parking meters, parking ticket machines or with a parking disc

Persons without a parking permit (Ohnarmer) receive a special permit to park free of charge at parking meters and parking ticket machines and in no-parking zones or in parking spaces with a time limit without using a parking disc.

• Driving licence / driving permit
• Registration certificate part I (vehicle registration document)

• Power of representation

Existence of physical limitations.

Applications must be submitted online or in writing to the responsible office.

If the application is made by an authorised representative, a power of attorney and the identity card of the authorised representative(s) must be presented.

The objection must be lodged in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 3a (2) of the Administrative Procedure Act or for recording with the authority that issued the administrative act within one month of the administrative act being notified to the complainant.

The authorities and independent municipalities are responsible for issuing exemptions.
