Particularly competent auctioneers: Apply for public appointment and swearing-in

Upon application, auctioneers with special expertise, with the exception of legal entities, shall be publicly appointed by the competent authority; this applies accordingly to employees of auctioneers. The appointment may be made for certain types of auctions, provided there is a need for auction services for these. The persons publicly appointed pursuant to sentence 1 shall be sworn to perform their duties conscientiously, free from instructions and impartially.
