Notification of continuation of the trade after the death of the licence holder

After the death of the licence holder, the catering business may be continued on the basis of the previous licence by the spouse, partner or underage heir during the period of minority. The same applies to executors, administrators or executors of wills for a period of ten years after the inheritance. The persons referred to in sentences 1 and 2 must notify the licensing authority immediately if they wish to continue the business.

- Death certificate of the licence holder
- An identity card or passport with a current confirmation of registration must be presented for identification purposes.
